5 Days Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga

Day 1 : Marrakech – Alto Atlas – Kasbah de Telouat – Ait Ben Haddou 

Early morning departure from Marrakech, the crossing of the High Atlas highlands via the Tizi n’Tichka (2260m), with photo stops at several stunning views. Once you’ve reached the top, start descending to the Kasbah of Telouet, a lavish former home of the ruthless Glaoui tribal kings. The Kasbah is well-known because to the numerous movies that have been shot there. Go forward and arrive in the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou. As you go down the Ounila Valley, you will witness several Berber communities along with magnificent rivers and historic salt mines.

Day 2: Ait Ben Haddou -Skoura – Boutghrar – Dades Gorges

After breakfast, we’ll continue our trip through the Sahara Desert by traveling along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, which circles the vibrant Berber villages of the Roses Valley. We’ll pass through many of these villages, which are strengthened by the hard-packed surface, before continuing on to the Dades Gorges via the village of Boutghrar and making a brief stop to see some nomads in caves. Afterward, we’ll travel through the picturesque Dades Valley to reach our hotel for the night

Day 3: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Lunch in a Berber house – Erfoud – Merzouga

Get up early and ascend the sand dunes to see the stunning dawn. After packing the camels, you should make your way back to the dunes, where you may have a shower and breakfast. Continue on to Ouarzazate through Rissani, where you may pause and explore what is thought to be the largest traditional souk in southern Morocco. Continue through the lovely Draa valley, which is dotted with millions of palm palms. Arrive in Ouarzazate in the evening and settle into a hotel.

Day 4: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Agdez – Ouarzazate

After spending a peaceful and memorable night in the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, we return with the camels to the hotel for breakfast and a shower before departing for Rissani to explore the tourist area, which will include the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and the palm grove as part of your exploration. Following lunch at Nkoub, travel through the Draa Valley to Ouarzazate. Overnight at the hotel in Ouarzazate after dinner.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Fint Oasis – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

We will visit Fint Oasis, a stunning palm grove made up of four authentic Berber communities, after breakfast. Experience a Berber home while sipping Moroccan mint tea. After that, we will return to Marrakech by way of the tall Atlas Mountains, dropping you off at your hotel.
